Nottingham Innovation Park
The University of Nottingham Innovation Park (UNIP) is a fifteen acre site providing state of the art business accommodation, owned and developed by The University of Nottingham.
The first building on the site – the award winning Sir Colin Campbell Building – is a leading business incubator with 4,500 square meters of accommodation for innovative businesses, from 30 to 120 square meters units.
The second building, The Nottingham Geospatial Building contains an incubator for high tech companies operating in the fields of satellite navigation and geodesy.
Four further buildings are planned for the site, the build programme for which is commencing, with buildings due to complete by Autumn 2011. These buildings will specialise in:

UNIP is acquiring additional land around the site, including the National Grid site which is the latest acquisition.

Hosts the UNIEI germinator which provides a germinator for around forty graduate start up companies
