CARAZZI'S HAEMATOXYLIN

(QMC Variant)

For use on Life Sciences Linistainer

1. Dissolve 10g of haematoxylin in 100mls of alcohol

2. Dissolve 200g of potassium alum in 2 litres of distilled water. Warm to approx 60°c

3. Mix together

4. Add 1g sodium iodate

5. Add 400mls of glycerine
