GILLS HAEMATOXYLIN

  • Haematoxylin 6.0g
  • Aluminum Sulphate 42.0g
  • Ethylene Glycol 269ml
  • Citric Acid 1.4g
  • Sodium Iodate 0.6g
  • Distilled Water 680ml

Dissolve all the solids in the distilled water and then add the Ethylene Glycol.

NB: The haematoxylin can be dissolved in a small amount of alcohol prior to adding to the water.
