TOLUIDINE BLUE IN SORENSONS pH 6.8 BUFFER

1. Sections to water.

2. Wash in distilled water.

3. Stain in buffered toluidine blue solution for 20 minutes.

4. Wash well in water.

5. Dehydrate, clear . Mount sections in DPX


SOLUTIONS

TOLUIDINE BLUE IN pH 6.8 PHOSPHATE BUFFER

--Phosphate buffer pH 6.8 50ml

--1% aqueous toluidine blue 1ml


CONTROLS Gastric biopsy known to contain H. Pylori
