TRYPSIN DIGESTION

Incubating Solution

--Tris/HC1/Saline buffer pH 7.6 300 ml

--CaC12.2H20 0.3 g

--Trypsin 0.3 g

Warm solution to 37C and incubate slides in the solution at 37C for 20 minutes. Remove slides and wash in running tap water.
