How to receive your certificate

All students who attend their ceremony will be able to collect their certificate on stage at graduation.

If you are graduating in absentia, and are not attending your ceremony on the day then the following options are available for you to receive your certificate:

 How to arrange this service

When you register for graduation to state that you will not be attending on the day you will be asked to confirm your postal address. This is all you need to do to ensure that your certificate is posted out to your preferred address. For addresses within the UK your certificate will be sent by Royal Mail. For addresses outside of the UK your certificate will be sent by Airmail.

Cost

This service is free.

Timescales

Certificates will be posted out in the first week of January, and can take 6-8 weeks to be received depending on where in the world they are being dispatched to.

By courier
 

 How to arrange this service  

If you have concerns about your certificate being received safely, or if you live internationally and need to receive your certificate more quickly than our Airmail service, you are able to request that your certificate is couriered to you. By using a courier you can receive tracking information. Please note that UPS are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses, as they require a signature upon delivery.

This service can be ordered via the online store.

Cost

The courier service is provided by UPS and costs £30.

Timescales

Certificates will be posted out in the first week of January, and will usually be delivered within 1 week of being dispatched.

In person
 

 How to arrange this service

Certificates will be available for collection from Wednesday 3 January 2018 and you can schedule an appointment for collection using our online booking system. The booking system will be available until Friday 8 December, at 4pm. If you would like a friend or family member to collect your certificate, please add their name to the booking form and remind them to bring photographic ID.

This service can be requested using our booking system.

Cost

This service is free of charge.

Timescales

The appointment booking system is available until Friday 8 December, at 4pm. Appointments commence from Wednesday 3 January 2018.
