Broadgate Park is the place to be for new students! Over 2,000 of our students call this vibrant student village home. Broadgate Park offers self-catered accommodation - where you’ll have the flexibility to cook your own meals, a wide variety of room types to suit all budgets and excellent social spaces. All located on the doorstep to the West Entrance to campus. Broadgate Park is a collection of over forty student accommodation buildings. The layout of these blocks really enhances the student experience and creates a thriving student community amongst our residents. In total we have 12 room types including standard bedrooms and ensuite cluster flats ranging from 3-8 rooms per flat. We also offer ensuite studio accommodation which is perfect for students who like their own space and the convenience of having all the facilities they need in one flat.

Every room comes equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelves, noticeboard, desk lamp, personal door lock, coat hooks, mirror, and power sockets. Rooms also have Wi-Fi.
Being surrounded by leafy grounds and with lots of outdoor seating areas, Broadgate Park has everything you need for a fun and social living environment.
Our social spaces, including the Courtyard, Library and The Lounge, have been designed with your studies and social life in mind. They are a hive of activity and events are hosted most evenings through the ResX social events programme. They are the perfect place to study, make friends and create lasting memories as you settle into student life.
With easy access to all the amenities of University Park, and a 10 minutes’ walk from the lively town of Beeston, you’ll find everything you need close by along with supermarkets, restaurants, and local shops.
Broadgate Park has a dedicated and friendly reception and maintenance team who are available 24 hours a day, providing support whenever you need them.

Broadgate Park is well situated within a few minutes walk to the University of Nottingham campus and excellent transport links to the city centre.
To finalise your offer you will be required to read and accept a licence/tenancy agreement and terms and conditions from your accommodation provider UPP Broadgate Park.
We highly recommend that you read this along with a parent, guardian, carer, or school representative, as this is a legally binding document.
You will be accepting liability for the full tenancy length of 44 weeks a year for undergraduates, including vacation periods. Once you have moved in you are liable to pay for the duration of your licence period.
The University will take payments only and are not legally able to influence contractual issues.
Your first payment is due prior to arrival and should be paid via the NottinghamHub (University of Nottingham Student Hub). Undergraduate students who are reliant on a Student Finance England maintenance loan to pay their accommodation fees will be able to make a minimum payment of £250 payment plus £250 damage deposit prior to arrival. The £250 minimum payment will then be deducted from your first period instalment with the balance due on 7 October 2024.
Student maintenance loans and grants are paid to you directly by the Student Loans Company into your bank account (as per the details you have provided them). The Student Loans Company will provide you with a Payment Timetable so that you know what amount you will receive into your bank account each term.

If you will require a payment plan because you wish to amend your instalments to three equal amounts or you are self-funding and wish to pay by monthly instalment, you will need to email Student Account Services on sas@nottingham.ac.uk
Students who are reliant upon securing a Student route visa should not make any payment for their accommodation until the visa has been granted. If a visa has not been secured by the first payment date, please email Student Account Services on sas@nottingham.ac.uk
You will need to bring your own bedding and covers or pre order a bedding pack with your provider.

UPP sites (Albion House, Cloister House, Broadgate Park) communal areas are cleaned weekly including kitchens and bathrooms in communal standard flats (en-suite and studio bathrooms/studio kitchens are not included).
