When you receive your offer of University-arranged accommodation, make sure you read the terms of the licence agreement carefully. Part of the legal agreement is that you will be liable to pay for the duration of your agreed stay. This can vary from 44 to 51 weeks of the year depending on the type of accommodation you have chosen.
