Visitor accommodation
If you are visiting the University and need somewhere to stay, we may be able to assist with a room in our Guest Annexe or in the Orchards Hotel.
On-campus accommodation
On-campus accommodation is available to visitors on either a short or long stay basis.

There is a wide choice of off-campus accommodation available, located close to the city centre or the University's campuses. Information on accommodation options and the local area can be found on the Visit Nottinghamshire website.

If you have a new job and need a new home, we may be able to help with the following options:
Short-term accommodation
If you are moving to Nottingham and need somewhere to stay while looking for a house, we have some short-term options for you.
There are some University guest rooms available. Please see the visitors accommodation page for more details on what is available and how to book.
Staff visitors
If you have visitors that are attending the University and they need somewhere to stay, you can book them the same short-term guest rooms available to staff, as detailed above.

Longer visits
University Houses offer properties for families and couples who are students, staff and official visitors. If you are staying for longer than three months, our University Houses may be a good option.
University Houses are owned and managed by the University and are conveniently located near the campuses. You can submit an online query with details of your request.
Any tenancies which commence on or after 01 July 2021 are subject a maximum tenancy of 2 years
