The Divisions of Food, Nutrition & Dietetics and Microbiology, Brewing & Biotechnology, both located in the School of Biosciences at the Sutton Bonington Campus, are international centres for fundamental and industrial biochemical, microbiological, food and brewing science teaching and research.
The National Centre for Macromolecular Hydrodynamics is also located within the Division.
