The Highfield Visiting Fellows competition for 2012/13 is a restricted call open to active research clusters within the University. CAS will accept Visiting Fellowship nominations from research leaders in the following key areas:

  • Children and Childhood
  • Health Humanities
  • Towards Pervasive Media
  • Free and Unfree Labour
  • Digital Humanities (incorporating archive to digital asset and infinite archives)
  • Cultures of Work and Welfare
  • Creative Sector Engagement
  • Regional Heritage and the Enlightenment
  • Silk Road Studies: material culture, cities and traditions of travel and tourism
  • Memory and Remembrance
  • Natural Hazards

External candidates with research that complements these areas should contact the CAS network contact point in the first instance to establish links with the research groups if no prior link has been made. Network contact points:
