Molecular Structure and Spectroscopy

The Molecular Structure and Spectroscopy group exploits fundamental and applied spectroscopy to study molecular clusters, bonding, catalysis, energy transfer and dynamic processes in gas and condensed phases. Research has made significant contributions to:

  • biospectroscopy of metalloproteins
  • photoionization as a probe of chirality and of intramolecular dynamics
  • spectroscopy of clusters and complexes
