The Dearing Award for Teaching and Learning was conferred onto our Dr Max L Wilson at the 2015 Summer Graduation

Following our graduation ceremony on Wednesday 15th July, we'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate our new graduates.

Year on year, we take in a new, unique cohort of students and it's always bittersweet to see those students leave us for the next step of their journey. It should go without saying that we are immensely proud of our students as blossoming academics and while most will inevitably leave us, we're buoyed by the sheer number that come back to visit us and by those who continue to develop their academic career with us.

The celebration doesn't cease with our newly decorated cohort though, we're also honoured to present the news that our very own Dr Max L Wilson who had the prestigious Dearing Award for Teaching and Learning conferred onto him at the graduation ceremony. The award recognises Max's outstanding contribution to the development of teaching student learning. Indeed, anyone who has been privy to the pedagogical pleasure that Max brings to his teaching will fully appreciate how worthy a recipient he is of this award!

One last thing to note is how ebullient and well attended the post-graduation reception was. Just as we're always amazed by the academic attainments of our students, we are equally dazzled by the sheer volume of fizz we get through at our graduation parties!
