Accommodation
We offer accommodation packages for delegates attending the full conference at a very reasonable cost of £290.
The accommodation is located in Cavendish Hall on our University Park campus and comprises of a single en-suite study bedroom including breakfasts and evening meals (Check in 19 July 2015 and check out 24 July 2015).

If you require accommodation either before or after these dates you can book rooms in the Orchard Hotel, at the following rates:
- £79.00 inc VAT, per night; bed and breakfast single occupancy
- £89.00 inc VAT, per night; bed and breakfast double/twin occupancy
To book please call 0115 8760900 and choose the hotel reservations option, quoting that you wish to book additional rooms for the ICTMA-17 event. Our in-house reservations team are available from 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Payment is due at the time of booking.
