On 5 July 2017, the Centre for the Study of Political Ideologies hosted it's annual one-day workshop 'New Directions in Conceptual History'
The workshop discussed a number of themese including authenticity, apocalypse, slavery, and the state. The keynote speaker, Michael Freeden, began the day with a talk on conceptual history and political theory.
