The SU sustainable shop in the Portland Building on University Park (formerly known as Portland Zero) is reopening.
Rebranded as SUstainable, the shop is opening during COP28 - The United Nations’ annual climate conference. This annual global summit brings together almost 200 countries to agree the next global steps to tackling climate change.
The shop sells a variety of ethical and zero-waste products for kitchen and home. Completely free of plastic packaging, you can pick up all your essentials, from food to toiletries.
SUstainable shop in Portland Building
SUstainable reopens on Monday 4 December, and to celebrate there will be sustainable stalls, games and freebies across B floor in the Portland Building between 11am and 2pm.
SUstainable opening times:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 11am – 3pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: closed
You can also shop sustainably at Costcutters on Sutton Bonington campus where there are several re-fillable options available.
