Return to campus - book a Covid test

Thursday, 22 April 2021
It is important we continue to work together and do everything we can to try to stop the spread of the infection.

As lockdown restrictions gradually ease, students returning to campus and those living in off-campus accommodation in Nottingham must book a Covid-19 test from the University Testing Service. After your initial test, you should take our asymptomatic Covid-19 test at least once a week.

To ensure we can accommodate your return to the University at weekends please make sure you have booked your test by the preceding Friday.

Getting tested regularly is not just about minimising the risk to yourself, but also about reducing the possible impact on students, staff and other members of our community, and their families, who may be vulnerable.

If you’re exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms, you must isolate at your term-time residence, take a confirmatory NHS (Pillar 2) test, and follow the relevant guidance in doing so.

If you cannot return to university because you are isolating please contact your School/Department, explaining your return is delayed, so we can support you and advise on next steps.

The safety and wellbeing of our staff, students and community are our highest priority, please continue to follow the latest government guidelines on coronavirus at all times.
