Test to protect - winners announced

Thursday, 10 June 2021
Thank you to everyone who has taken part in our testing programme this year. Your efforts play a huge role in keeping our campus and community safe.

For those who entered the rewards programme over the last 12 weeks, we hope you enjoyed the treats on offer. We have now completed the prize draw - congratulations to the 16 students who each won £500! A further 40 students won an Apple iPad 32GB, 40 won a sports bundle and 200 will receive £5 catering vouchers.

All winners have been notified via email sent to your university account. This email also explains the next steps on how to claim your reward. If the University does not receive a response within seven days of being notified, then that winner's reward will be forfeited and another selected.

As well as rewarding you for taking part in the testing programme, your participation in the qualifying weeks will benefit the 5 charities you selected – £377 NHS Charities Together, £365 Children’s Brain Tumour Research, £259 Hope Foodbank, £65 UoN Sport and £34 Students’ Union.

Although Covid cases remain extremely low at the university, please continue testing frequently. It is one of the best ways to keep yourselves and loved ones safe, especially as restrictions are eased.

We will continue to provide a drink and snack bar for those continuing to test.

Book your test.
