The Centre for Research in Economic Development and International Trade (CREDIT) was founded in 1988 and provides a focus for staff with a primary or significant research interest in development economics. The focus of research interests is on trade policy, macroeconomics of aid and analysis of household surveys, especially for sub-Saharan Africa. Research is often conducted in collaboration with the network of External Research Fellows.
