The School of Education offers bespoke courses nationally and internationally, and in partnership with other renowned institutions.
The School of Education also has a presence on our Ningo and Malaysia campuses. This gives us and you the opportunity to work more closely with academics and organisations on educational issues that are important in China and Malaysia and in a wider context.
All of our courses have full University of Nottingham accreditation.
Bespoke, cohort and online courses
PGCE International
The Postgraduate Certificate in Education (International) is a part-time programme of professional enrichment for teachers working in countries other than the UK.
The course is offered through a cohort model. Previous cohorts have come from the Middle East, Spain, Nigeria, St Vincent & the Grenadines, and across SE Asia.
Professional Development Cohorts
The School of Education welcomes approaches from educational organisations who may wish to develop a bespoke programme for staff working towards the MA in Education or the MA in Educational Leadership and Management.

Beijing Normal University
This innovative Nottingham-Beijing PhD in Education invites professional groups, academics and masters graduates to pursue up to two thirds of their University of Nottingham PhD award at the Centre of Teacher Education Research of Beijing Normal University.
