In Educational Enhancement, our goal is to elevate the learning experience for every student, ensuring they access the best possible quality of education. Working as part of the Educational Excellence Team and in partnership with staff and students throughout the institution, we champion and aid initiatives focused on refining and innovating teaching approaches as well as enriching the student experience.
Educational Enhancement works with colleagues in the Quality Assurance team to ensure that our work is informed by regulatory contexts, and with the Curriculum Transformation programme to ensure that the long-term developments they make are aligned with our ongoing processes.
We support staff networks such as the Education and Student Experience Network (ESEN), and Shaping Teaching Enhancement Practice (STEP) group to facilitate expertise sharing and cross-institutional collaboration to help our staff deliver the highest quality Education and Student Experience possible.
We run the award-winning Students as Change Agents programme as well as run the Student Engagement Associates programme.
