Biography
I studied Biology at the University of Goettingen and was awarded a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Birmingham and worked in industry before I started my current post as Project Officer in January 2011.
Expertise Summary
I am involved in the day-to-day running of the Doctoral Training Centre liaising with CDT students, academics, industrial partners, the EPSRC and other Doctoral Training Centres in Nottingham. I also coordinate the application & interview processes and welcome week for new CDT students as well as the training programme during year 1. I am a member of the School's ECO group and the Equality and Diversity Committee.
