Chauffeur Service
The Estates Office operates a chauffeur service to support the operation of the University. We have access to a wide variety of vehicle types, including Executive Cars, People Carrier's or Minibuses.
We operate two executive cars, which are utilised by the University Senior Management (a Volvo XC60 - seats 3/4 passengers and a Mercedes MPV with 6 seats - including the Driver). We also have a Toyota Yaris.
We also have a Mercedes-Benz mini bus, with 16 seats. To book this please discuss with the Transport Logistics team as it may not always be available.
Bookings for these cars should be made through the Transport & Logistics Office (see below).
If these cars are not available for University senior management use then our Transport office will be able to arrange an alternative service for you, but please note that charges will be incurred for this service. For transport requirements for other members of staff / visitors please visit the procurement business travel workspace. This workspace will provide you with details and contact information for the approved operators / taxi services to allow you to book them directly, without reference to the Transport & Logistics office team.
