Business Engagement and Innovation Services

CPD Services

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Services is a central resource based within Business Engagement and Innovation Services (BEIS). The service supports academics and schools in expanding their portfolio of courses, developing their CPD strategy and taking new ideas from concept through to delivery.

Working with our partner teams on campus in China and Malaysia, the team is fully resourced to respond to CPD needs across the whole University.

Whether CPD is something you already have experience of, or it's a new area for you, we are ready to work with you to provide the knowledge, advice and support required to make your CPD ventures a success.

"With the support of CPD Services within the University, we are able to develop programmes and offer bespoke courses and consultancies in a way that we have never been able to before."

Dr Louise Mullany, School of English

"Our Global Strategy 2020 highlights the need to expand professional development and executive education provision locally, nationally and internationally to support knowledge exchange and partnership-building through highly relevant, professional development courses for individuals and businesses. The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Services team are a key resource to achieve this aim.
