The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) highlight the myriad of socio-economic and environmental challenges occurring as a result of anthropogenic chemical pollution. This talk examines source, toxicity and interactions across a range of chemical pollutants occurring in sediments from informal settlements (urban slums) of Nairobi, Kenya.
