Systems and Data
The HR Systems and MI team at the University are responsible for managing a range of vital systems.
If you’re an authorised manager (or their representative) you are able to:
- submit a request for HR data / analysis (if not available via the pre-defined reports in Business Intelligence)
- make requests for authorised staff to use our HR systems
This team also provide support to HR and payroll employees on how to use our HR systems.
What you need to know
Our HR Systems and MI team are responsible for:
- Resourcelink – the University’s HR/Payroll system
- Vacancy Manager – helps managers hire new staff
- Business Intelligence (BI) – data to support strategy, planning and performance
- MyView – the University’s HR employee self service platform
- Workload Planner - records how academic workloads are allocted to academic staff
