Staff Wellbeing Services, Resources and Information - What am I looking for?

 
I am looking for the full range of wellbeing services that the University offers The University’s staff wellbeing hub provides links to the range of wellbeing related information including staff policies/guidelines, links to training courses and wellbeing related events (access via the Employee Hub).
I’d like to access online wellbeing resources

The University’s Leadership and Management Academy provide online resources including; self-assessments for self-awareness, personal resilience and work life balance, as well as wellbeing related articles and videos (access is via Moodle).

Togetherall provides a library of mental wellbeing related resources and articles, plus tests and features to track progress.

The Employee Assistance Programme (accessed via the Employee Hub) provides articles and self-assessments relating to wellbeing.

Our University Department of Sport provides information about services, classes and facilities.

The Staff Wellbeing Guide offers a summary of the University’s wellbeing services and external resources.

I’d like to explore wellbeing related short courses and webinars

The University’s Leadership and Management Academy and Professional Development team offer a range of wellbeing related short courses and webinars.

Togetherall provide a range of on-line courses relating to anxiety, depression and other common mental health issues. 

I’d like to access/engage with online community support  Togetherall provides on-line forums to discuss and engage with others and support each other anonymously.

Online advice and counselling service available via the Employee Assistance Programme (access via the Employee Hub).

As part of the Employee Assistance Programme, a free telephone service is available (08081682143) 24/7 to all employees. Every call will be answered by a Care First counsellor, accredited to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

The University Counselling Service provides a year-round service for all students and staff.
