Cooperation and the International Criminal Court: An expert workshop

On 18-19 September 2014, HRLC’s International Criminal Justice Unit will host an expert workshop on Cooperation and the International Criminal Court. This invitation-only event will bring together in Nottingham experts from the Court, academia, and civil society to explore current challenges affecting the ICC’s international cooperation regime and will include panels on non-cooperation, witness-related issues, the freezing of assets, and obstacles to cooperation faced at the national level. The workshop will be held under the Chatham House Rule in order to maximise opportunities for open, constructive engagement with its themes, important matters key to the future of the Court as well as its current operation.
