HRLC Students Intern with UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights

This year, the HRLC is pleased to offer internships to work with Emeritus Professor Robert McCorquodale, Member of the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights.

Interns Joshua Ngulu and Prisca Wing Hung are conducting research that will contribute to the Working Group’s forthcoming report on Investors, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and Human Rights. The report aims to provide practical guidance to States, businesses, especially financial institutions of all types, civil society and other stakeholders on how to align better ESG approaches with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in the context of financial products and services.
