Solferino or Paris? IHL Annual Lecture to be delivered by Professor Eyal Benvenisti

HRLC is pleased to announce that Professor Eyal Benvenisti, University of Cambridge, will deliver HRLC's International Humanitarian Law Unit's Annual Lecture on Tuesday 29 November 2016. Professor Benvenisti address is entitled Solferino or Paris? The Birthplace of the Modern Laws of War.

Professor Benvenisti has taught at Tel Aviv University and at the Hebrew University. He was Global Professor of Law at New York University and Visiting Professor at Yale, Harvard, Toronto, Columbia, Pennsylvania and Michigan University. His areas of research and teaching are international law, constitutional law and administrative law.

The lecture will be held at 6.15pm in Room B63, Law and Social Sciences Building.
