About the service
For personal work, we recommend OneDrive, which comes with 5TB of storage.
For collaborative work, we recommend Microsoft Teams. Each Team starts with 1TB of storage and can be increased to 25TB upon request.
Central Performance Storage is available for researchers who:
- need to store files larger than 250GB in size
- require fast read/write capabilities
- have research contracts that require data to be stored on-site

What does the service cost?
OneDrive and Teams are free at point of use.
Central Performance Storage is available up to 1TB free at point of use. This can be expanded up to 5TB upon request. Thereafter, costs are £58 per TB/yr.
