Focus on relationship management and business engagement.

Partnering and Innovation is a cross-functional team that undertakes University-wide stakeholder engagement to determine, shape and prioritise demand.

The team is responsible for horizon scanning, landscape mapping and generation of strategic business cases and roadmaps. It is also concerned with user uptake and adoption of existing University services and tools to ensure they continually deliver value and benefits.

We are the initial contact point for staff and students who want to engage with Digital and Technology Services in order to identify and exploit new opportunities.
