Viva success for Kubianga Udofia and Masoud Zamani

We are pleased to announce that two PhD students have passed their Viva examinations.

Kubianga Udofia and Masoud Zamani both passed their Viva Voce exams on Thursday 11th September.

Kubianaga's thesis is titled, 'The Impact of Insolvency on Corporata Contracts: A Comparative Study of the US, UK, and Nigerian Insolvency Regimes'. He was supervised by Dr Sandra Frisby and Professor Craig Rotherham.

Masoud's thesis is titled, 'Detention without Trial: Historical Evolution, States’ Authority and International Law'. His supervisors were Professor Dino Kritsiotis and Professor Sandesh Sivakumaran.
