Within the School of Life Sciences we provide access to a range of cutting-edge facilities to support research. Our facilities are supported by expert technical staff who can provide training and assistance in areas ranging from advanced microscopy to mechanical design and manufacturing of equipment.

Teaching Facilities

Our purpose-designed teaching labs are spacious and foster a natural environment of collaboration. Each can be adapted to smaller or larger groups and is furnished with state-of-the-art, specialist equipment. Away from the laboratory setting, you’ll find our lecture theatres newly refurbished to offer everything you would imagine from one of the world’s very best universities.
