Thomas is an Associate working across the School of Geography and Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering. His research focuses on spatial and temporal variations of microplastic population in freshwater environments, and atmospheric fallout, with a particular interest in the prevalence of microplastics in the upstream reaches of the freshwater system.
