My research expertise is in evolutionary biology, microbiology and genomics. I have worked on the evolutionary history of humans, mammals, animals, bacteria, viruses and fungi. I am also expert in genomics and genetics.

Antibiotic resistance. New discoveries in microbiology, evolution or genetics. The spread of new infectious diseases. Advances in genomics or genetics.
