Welcome to the Politics Centre for Teaching Development, based in the School of Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham.

The Politics Centre for Teaching Development was launched in 2014 to promote teaching excellence and to celebrate and increase the visibility of teaching. We hold regular events to share ideas and practices and to hear from experts in the field.

People in poor urban areas are the least likely to be able to rebuild their lives after a natural disaster, and need support in order to become more sustainable, according to research from the University of Nottingham.
