On 15 January 2014 the European Parliament voted to adopt three new Directives, which will replace the existing Public Sector and Utilities Directives and introduces a new Directive for works and service concessions. These Directives have since been published in OJEU (28th of March 2014) and came into force on 17 April 2014.
