Professor Sue Arrowsmith recently delivered the keynote presentation at the International Public Procurement Law in Africa conference held at Stellenbosch University, South Africa, on the subject of changes to the supplier remedies provisions in the UNCITRAL Model Law on Public Procurement 2011.
