Description

The eleventh annual Midlands Viking Symposium will take place on 25 April 2015 at the University of Leicester. This year's speakers will include Mark Jobling, Pragya Vohra, Oliver Harris, Martin Findell, Aya Van Renterghem and Katherine Whitehouse. This year's symposium will cover a range of exciting new research on topics ranging from the uses of genetic evidence for Viking migrations to Cnut the Great, from Northumbria in the Viking Age to runes and their uses.
