We have collected survey data from six cohorts of nurses over the first five years of their careers, with the aim of exploring their career progression, satisfaction and aspirations.
Half of the cohorts studied on a diploma course and half studied on an undergraduate master’s course, and we will be exploring the similarities and differences between these two groups.
Over 3000 questionnaires have been returned and analysis of this unique eight-year study is currently underway.
