International Federation of the Red Cross Disaster Law Case Summary Project (DISLAW)

The Nottingham International Law and Security Centre (NILSC) are looking for five PGR/LLM students to produce case summaries for the International Federation of the Red Cross.

You will have the opportunity to (net)work with students and leading researchers, as well as hone your skills and contribute to the development of disaster law.

The IFRC Disaster Law Database includes key cases which define or illuminate legal principles in the field of disaster law at the domestic, regional and international levels. A core objective of the case summary project is to include relevant cases from as many different jurisductions as possible, while keeping a clear focus on cases which analyse or discuss disaster law concepts.

Send expressions of interest to christy.shucksmith-wesley@nottingham.ac.uk by 4pm, Monday 4 October 2021.

Please send 150 words on why you want to participate in the project and a brief CV.
