Cancer Research UK Fellowship awarded for study of smoking among prisoners

Congratulations to Dr Leah Jayes, from the Division of Epidemiology and Public Health, who has been awarded a prestigious Cancer Research UK Fellowship.

Leah's three-year fellowship will focus on conducting research to prevent relapse to smoking among prisoners after release, and will include developing and designing an intervention, and piloting it to inform a definitive randomised controlled trial.
