Biography

The Widening Participation Team leads the University's work to engage learners from less advantaged backgrounds in education and support their progression to higher education, including the University of Nottingham. The Team delivers over 80,000 places on more than 3,400 outreach activities each year. We support measures across the student lifecycle relating to admissions, success, financial support and progression.

The Programmes Team targets high-achieving young people with the potential to progress to a selective university. Our programmes include the Sutton Trust and Nottingham Potential Summer Schools, taster sessions, masterclasses and revision sessions for the post-16 Ambition Nottingham programme, as well as activities for other schemes such as Pathways to Law and Realising Opportunities.

My role primarily focuses on coordinating the Pathways to Law programme, organising and delivering activities for the Realising Opportunities Programme and supporting the organisation and delivery of our Summer Schools.
