Key staff - who's who?
Head of School
The Head of School oversees the School of Law. Professor Bekou also teaches on our postgraduate programme.
Deputy Head of School (Education and Student Experience)
The Deputy Head of School for Education and Student Experience oversees all aspects of student life within the school.
Co-Director of Undergraduate Studies
The Co-Directors of Undergraduate Studies oversee our undergraduate degrees. This involves overseeing curriculum planning and student life.
Co-Director of Taught Postgraduate Studies
The Co-Directors of Taught Postgraduate Studies oversee our taught postgraduate degrees. Each LLM programme also has its own Specialism Convenor, who is an experienced academic with research expertise in the relevant area.
Senior Tutoring Team
The tutoring team is responsible for student welfare and wellbeing in the school. They coordinate with university support teams and can ensure students access the services they need within the university.
Legal Skills Team
The Legal Skills Team plan and run the Skills Programme for undergraduate and taught postgraduate students and provide a wealth of advice and support for students as they develop their legal, academic and professional skills.
APM Team
The School of Law administrative team supports academics and students in all areas of teaching, research and student life. We have dedicated staff working on student engagement, undergraduate and postgraduate studies, postgraduate research, legal skills and wellbeing. They are on hand to answer your queries and can help with signposting you to access more information.
