My approver is on holiday, is there any other way I can publish my work to the web?

Find out who your unit web coordinator is, they may be able to approve work for you.

How quickly will my work show on the live site after publishing?

You can normally expect your work to be live between 10 minutes and two hours depending on the publishing queue. Changes to the navigation may take longer. Sometimes you might see a cached version of the old page even after the page has updated. Check this by clearing cookies or using a different browser to view your page.

How do I become a CMS editor/approver?
