Bad sample page for LIFT: formatting.

I've taken the Page Features page, after making the corrections for its bad features, and now I've added some formatting to the page. In particular:

I've changed the colour of the font, by selecting the <body> tag in the selection bar, and by choosing a colour from the palette;
I've changed the default font to Verdana in the Propreties box instead of using the Default font;
I've also centred the page heading, using the button in the Properties box.

I think that this is clearer to read, and more attractive.
