Current Research

I'm currently researching Gender and Educational Leadership and Management in Chile. The research aims to investigate understandings of gender and educational leadership in Chile and analyse how gender and educational leadership are conceived in Chilean school settings during social, political and educational reform. The research focuses on developing a comprehensive understanding of gender and educational leadership in Chile.
