Our properties, located on campus and in the surrounding community, are designed to meet diverse needs, including those of families. Our university housing services are here to support you when you’re new to the university, making your transition smoother and more comfortable.

Long stay accommodation

• Agreements of three months to two years.
• 1 and 2 bedroomed furnished flats - rent inclusive of services and complimentary UoN network wifi.
• 3 and 4 bedroomed furnished houses - rent exclusive of bills. 

 

Short Stay accommodation

• Agreements of one to three months
• Pre-book, subject to availability
• Ensuite studios, 1 and 3 bedroomed furnished self contained flats
