Contract details
If applying for quiet accommodation, students do so on the basis they will need to show extra consideration to their neighbours in keeping noise to a minimum wherever possible. Applicants who do not request quiet accommodation will not be assigned it.
Our Quiet Hall accommodation benefits from alcohol free study and social areas and areas which are designated quiet accommodation. All students are happy to support the expectation that after 9pm, no avoidable noise or music should be heard in adjacent corridors or rooms.
To finalise your offer, you will be required to read and accept a licence/tenancy agreement and terms and conditions from your accommodation provider University of Nottingham.

You will be accepting liability for the full tenancy length of 39 weeks, including vacation periods. Once you have moved in you are liable to pay for the duration of your licence period.
